We have a web app which serves EML files from a normal view and when opening in them in Firefox they load instantly into Lotus Notes & can be viewed from there.

However, when I open them in IE (Occurs on both IE8 & 9) it opens them in a new browser window as HTML.

Any ideas on a way to make the two browsers behave the same way?
